Nahila has spent over 15 years leading digital marketing, social media and communication strategies for globally recognized brands across the corporate, luxury, tourism, and lifestyle sectors. She is known for building and inspiring high-performing teams and crafting innovative marketing strategies that deliver clarity, creativity, and results for clients including Paramount+, Brickell City Centre, Swire Properties, MTV, Sony Music, and the American Red Cross.

 

At Onda, she brings this expertise together with the belief that great work is never about the logo on the door, but about the people at the table,  and that real partnership is what makes lasting impact possible.

She currently serves as SVP of Marketing & Communications at Simon Property Group, following senior leadership roles at Swire Properties and Create & Cultivate.

Known for driving brand growth through strategic disruption and relationship-building, Christa brings deep expertise in retail, residential, and commercial real estate, along with a proven track record of elevating consumer-facing brands and leading high-performing creative teams.

Former Global CEO of Interpublic’s Mediahub, John spent over 15 years scaling the agency ten-fold and winning marquee clients including Netflix, E*TRADE, Royal Caribbean, Ulta Beauty, Pinterest, and New Balance.

 

Under his leadership, Mediahub was named Media Agency of the Year by Ad Age (2019, 2020) and Adweek (2018, 2024), and ranked by Forrester as a top global media agency.

 

Recognized as Adweek’s Executive of the Year and an Ad Age Media Maven, John is now Principal at Harmonium and serves on the board of a disruptive AI company. A respected challenger and mentor, he brings deep expertise in media and technology while inspiring the next generation of marketing talent.

Nerea is the Chief Heart Officer and Founder of HR-in-a-Heart, with 25+ years of experience driving People and Communications strategies for global brands such as Microsoft, AT&T, IBM, P&G, M&M Mars, and Baptist Health.

 

She is recognized for pioneering initiatives in employee engagement, diversity communications, and organizational strategy, blending business insight with a people-first approach. Nerea holds degrees from NYU and Berea College, a Professional Coaching Certification from the University of Miami, and co-founded Jackson Memorial Hospital’s IKF Wonderfund. Passionate about unlocking human potential, she helps leaders and organizations cultivate cultures where people and businesses flourish together.

Mauricio Samayoa

Managing Partner at Perpetuo Capital & Grupo Samayoa Fernandez

Mauricio has over 20 years of experience spanning investment management, executive leadership, and strategic communications across global markets. As Managing Partner of Perpetuo Capital he leads the strategic expansion of investment scope and capabilities with a focus on capital deployment in the education and workforce development sectors. He has also spearheaded the development and institutional buildout of the family investment office, establishing best-in-class practices for family governance and long-term asset growth.

 

During the first stage of his career, Mauricio held leadership and executive management roles in Miami, Madrid, and London, where he specialized in building teams with expertise in strategic communications, PR, marketing, advertising, and social media for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients and global brands.
